From its conception four years ago, our data scientist, Noman Shafqat, has worked closely with our data research team to create a machine learning platform (MLP) that can replicate the performance of our data researchers, significantly reducing time and costs.

The Data Cleansing Process
AI: We serve clients from a variety of sectors who need help adding and updating CRM or marketing datasets and typically clean up data that has not been properly managed or has not benefited from a strong data governance process.
Most often, we are tasked with reclassifying contacts, such as matching contacts and organizations in CRM and performing email validation processes, so that our clients are presented with clean, replenished datasets that follow a logical classification strategy.
Until now, this timely and tedious process could either be done in-house, which was a waste of time and resources, or by a team of data research analysts, which could provide more efficient returns on the process of standardizing, adding and updating key information, but was still limited to human capabilities.
The Future of AI
Machine Learning: Artificial Intelligence and its subset, Machine Learning, are finding their way into the ever-growing tech and data services sectors. MLP’s ability to not only mimic commands inputted by the developer but also learn and evolve at an existential rate has transformed the world of data analytics, increasing the scale and efficiency of processing data services.
